What the final policy must explain

OWNER TO CONFIRM: eligibility, request window, how to contact support, information needed to locate an order, treatment of duplicate purchases, failed delivery, technical incompatibility and cancellation before delivery.

If a refund is approved

OWNER TO CONFIRM: refund method, processing expectations and whether or how license access is revoked. A payment refund and license revocation are separate operations and must be tested together.

Your rights and marketplace purchases
